• Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location and courier partner availability.

Please note that these timelines are estimates and may be affected by unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, courier delays, or regional restrictions.

Shipping Charges:

• We offer free shipping on orders above ₹1999.
• Standard shipping charges may apply on orders below the minimum amount (if applicable).

Cash on Delivery (COD):

• COD is available on all orders.
• Our team may contact you to confirm COD orders before dispatch.
• Repeated refusal of COD orders may result in cancellation of future COD eligibility.

Order Tracking:

Once your order is shipped, you will receive:

• A tracking ID via SMS or email
• Details to track your shipment in real-time

Delivery Issues:

If you experience any issues such as:

• Delayed delivery
• Damaged packaging
• Missing item

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with order details and supporting images (if applicable).
