Refund policy
At Desi Flaunt, we ensure that every product is carefully checked and securely packed before dispatch. However, if you face any issue, please read our policy below.
Returns Policy
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on jewellery items unless:
• You receive a damaged product
• You receive the wrong product
To be eligible for a return:
1. You must inform us within 24–48 hours of delivery
2. An unboxing video is mandatory as proof
3. The product must be unused and in original packaging
Without a proper unboxing video, return requests may not be accepted.
Exchange Policy
We offer exchange only in case of:
• Damaged item received
• Wrong item delivered
Exchange requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery with proper proof (images + unboxing video).
Once approved:
1. The replacement will be shipped after product pickup or verification.
2. If the product is found used or damaged by the customer, exchange will not be processed.
Cancellation Policy
• Orders can be cancelled within 6 hours of placing the order.
• Once the order is processed or shipped, cancellation will not be possible.
• COD orders once confirmed cannot be cancelled after dispatch.
Refund Policy (If Applicable)
• Refunds (if approved) will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable.
